Question 1

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. UK standard delivery normally takes 2–3 working days.

You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Question 2

Is delivery free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — UK delivery is free on orders over £60. For smaller orders, the delivery charge is shown in your basket before you pay.

Question 3

Can I change or cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

We pack orders quickly, so get in touch as soon as you can. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll happily change or cancel it.

Question 4

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Accepted Answer

At the moment we deliver to UK addresses only. We're working on international delivery — sign up to our newsletter to hear first.

Question 5

What is your returns policy?

Accepted Answer

You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept returns of opened supplements, unless the product arrived damaged or faulty.

Question 6

How long do refunds take?

Accepted Answer

Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund within 5 working days. It can take a few more days to show in your account, depending on your bank.

Question 7

Are your products tested?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for purity and potency before it reaches our shelves.

Question 8

Are your supplements vegan?

Accepted Answer

Many of them are. Each product lists its dietary details — Vegan, Gluten-free, Non-GMO and more — and you can filter the shop to see only the products that suit you.

Question 9

Can I take more than one supplement at a time?

Accepted Answer

Many people combine supplements as part of their routine. Always follow the directions on each label and don't exceed the recommended daily amount.

If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or under medical supervision, please speak to your GP or pharmacist first.

Keep them in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed — and out of reach of young children.
